Contact Form

Request a Quote
A quote request may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, service of interest, preferred start date, project details and optional attachments.
Careers Applications
A Careers application collects your full name, email address, telephone number, the position you are applying for, your cover letter or message and your CV.
Form Security Information
The form protection process may use technical information such as your IP address, Turnstile verification result and submission timing to prevent automated or abusive submissions.
Why We Process Information
Personal information submitted through the website is used to:
- Respond to questions and contact requests.
- Review service requirements and prepare a relevant proposal or response.
- Assess Careers applications and the accompanying CV.
- Deliver submitted information and attachments to Omnia Reception.
- Protect the forms and website against misuse and automated submissions.
Service Providers Used for Form Processing
Resend is used to deliver form contents and attachments to Omnia Reception by email. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to distinguish legitimate interactions from automated abuse and may process technical information needed for that verification.
Omnia Reception does not permanently store uploaded attachments within the website application. Attachments are validated and passed to the email delivery service as part of the submission.
Data Security
Omnia Reception uses reasonable technical measures to protect website submissions. These measures include server validation, restrictions on attachment type and size, checks of file contents, filename sanitisation, rate limiting, a hidden abuse detection field and Cloudflare Turnstile verification.
No method of electronic transmission or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. These measures reduce security risks but cannot eliminate every risk.
Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. It is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for those purposes.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or request data portability. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
